1. The gas nozzle design of the burner makes the heat energy very evenly distributed in the furnace of the hot blast furnace, and promotes the full combustion of the gas fuel. The adjustment ratio can reach 20:1. Such a high proportion of the thermal power adjustment section promotes the energy-saving effect of more accurate temperature control and faster temperature rise.

2. It belongs to a high-efficiency air-heated full-automatic gas burner. It adopts multiple air and gas mixed combustion mode, which is more complete in combustion, energy saving and source saving, and generates a large amount of hot air. It is not comparable with ordinary gun type burner.

3. A complete combustion-supporting fan is installed behind its steel shell to supply proper air supply and pressure. Even if there is no flow plate installed around the burner, its operation stability will not be affected.

4. It can be used for fresh air heating and circulating air heating, and the process temperature can reach 700-800 ℃, which can fully meet the temperature requirements of the production process.

5. The furnace shall be purged before each ignition start of the burner, and the residual exhaust gas in the furnace shall be replaced with fresh air to ensure the ignition and combustion safety. And it can automatically ignite, automatically alarm if it doesn't ignite, and turn off the gas; It has the functions of flameout and re-point, automatic purging after shutdown, automatic alarm for insufficient gas pressure, automatic stop of combustion when the temperature exceeds the set upper limit, and proportional digital display temperature interlock control.
